Community Manager, Power Ranch Community Association
Stephanie Fee, CAAM/PCAM, began her community management career in CCMC’s Dallas region, where she managed a portfolio of condominium associations. In 1991, she relocated to the Phoenix area, taking on a portfolio of associations and master-planned communities. She earned her PCAM designation in 1991 and is certified by the Community Associations Institute as a Proctor for facilitation of the M-100 exam. She has also achieved her Certified Arizona Association Manager designation.
