FRANK NECHVATAL, Vice President President, Sunbird Homeowners Association
Frank L. Nechvatal is a retired educator from the Cleveland, Ohio City School with 30 years of service as a classroom instructor, and assistant principal, and a principal. He has resided in Chandler at the SunBird Golf Resort since September of 1999. Frank currently serves on the SunBird Golf Resort Board of Directors and has been the Board President for 6 years. He has been involved on several City of Chandler Committees. He did a short stint on the Neighborhood Advisory Committee subcommittee on rental properties. Currently he serves as a Commissioner on the Chandler Airport Commission. His interest in The Leadership Centre grew out of his desire to better educate individuals about the intricacies of Homeowner Associations and neighborhood leadership. Recently, Frank, along with 14 other recipients received the "Crystal Award" for community volunteerism, sponsored by the Western Broadband Cable Company and the Robson Publishing Company.
